POLICY:
A. The Office of Budget and Fiscal Planning allocates funds from the Student Activity Fee, based on revenue, fund balance and requests from the Division of Student Affairs. Funds can only be dispersed to student clubs and organizations recognized by the Office of Student Development.
B. All funding decisions must be made on a content-neutral basis, consistent with state and federal law, and strive to serve the most students possible while
contributing to the intellectual diversity on campus.
C. The Student Senate is responsible for reviewing and approving student club and organization budget and supplemental funding requests.
D. The Vice President for Student Affairs, or designee, is responsible for final approval of annual club and organization budgets as approved by Student Senate
and based on recommendations made by the Office of Student Development.
E. Disbursement of all funds to student clubs and organizations must be authorized by the Director of Student Development or designee and follow all University
guidelines.
