In support of guidelines and commitments identified in the University’s Facilities Master Plan, requests for funding of capital projects identified in the Capital Improvement Program are submitted annually to the Board of Trustees’ Finance and Professional Services Committee.
Each request for funding of a capital project must be accompanied by a justification statement, narrative description, and cost summary.
