The Facilities Master Plan is a working document that provides guidance to the University on the development and use of University property and facilities. The
Facilities Master Plan will be updated periodically through a collaborative effort with members of the Board of Trustees and faculty and staff, and will incorporate the University’s current strategic planning initiatives to remain responsive to the changing needs of the institution.

The Vice President for Facilities and Operations shall be responsible for implementation and management of the Facilities Master Plan. The Facilities Master Plan will be endorsed by the Presidential Cabinet and approved by the Board of Trustees. The Vice President for Facilities and Operations will provide regular updates to both entities.
