A. The Stockton Student Senate Constitution describes the roles, responsibilities, and procedures governing the Student Senate. The Constitution is revised
annually by the Office of Student Development.

B. Changes to any aspect of the Constitution will occur only by following the procedures set forth in the current, approved version of the Constitution.

C. Copies of the Constitution will be distributed to all newly-elected Senators. The Constitution will also be posted on the Student Senate webpage which is part of the Office of Student Development website.

D. Changes to the Constitution may occur during the academic year. All changes will be recorded in the Student Senate minutes and incorporated in the online version of the Constitution.
