POLICY:

During regular work hours on University property, employees of the University will not actively solicit support of any political candidates, partisan or non-partisan, or support any issue of any referendum matter. Employees, as citizens, are free to speak and write on issues and as such are free from institutional censorship or discipline. However, an employee should refrain from being represented as a spokesperson for the University unless so authorized.
